John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University (1987), and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University (1990) where he graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
John concentrates his practice in development of residential real estate, purchase and sales agreements and condominium law. He has had extensive experience representing financial institutions and private lenders in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions. John’s practice also includes business formation, contracts and leasing, and litigation strategy and oversight. Particular to John’s broad business experience is legal advice related all aspects of restaurant and hospitality establishments including: formation, financing, employment matters, leasing and operations management of such enterprises.
John is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Rhode Island Bar, and is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association. John is an Executive Board Member of the Boston Center for the Arts, a non-profit organization devoted to supporting working artists, new artist’s exhibitions and connecting artists with their community. John is a former board member of the East End House, a non-profit organization in Cambridge, Massachusetts devoted to supporting area elders and children in exciting programs and learning opportunities.
John, who hails from Cranston, Rhode Island, now resides in Quincy Massachusetts with his husband and two sons, Giovanni and Santino. He enjoys, music, SCUBA, travel and vacationing in the “Green Mountain State” where he operates the landmark restaurant “Bentleys” in scenic Woodstock, Vermont.
