RAJ KAUR

Raj received her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston in 2012. Upon graduation, she enrolled at New England Law in Boston, where she was a regularly named to the Dean’s List. Raj graduated cum laude from law school in 2015.
CONCENTRATION/EXPERIENCE
Raj represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of Business Law, including business formation, drafting and negotiating business agreements, such as shareholder agreements, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, consulting agreements, technology agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, buy-sell and equity transfer agreements, purchase and sale agreements and vendor/supplier agreements. Raj has closed hundreds of complex business transactions, including numerous mergers and acquisitions.
She works with businesses to structure and negotiate transactions involving the purchase, sale, finance, leasing, and development of commercial properties.
Raj also heads DSG’s Adoption Department, specializing in Second Parent Adoptions, to help LGBTQ+ couples legally secure their parental rights.

FAMILY AND INTERESTS
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Raj now resides in Salem, Massachusetts. She is a dedicated Boston Celtics and New England Patriots fan. She enjoys volunteering and community involvement, listening to music, fashion, reading and traveling.
